Using a smartphone before going to bedl

Artificial light at night leads to suppression of production of the melatonin which is responsible for regulating sleep and wakefulness. Low melatonin can lead to depression, cancer, obesity, heart diseases and fragile immune system. Sleeping early is a better option.
